    Jan 2026 – Present

    Process analysis & system design

    Developing towards analysis and design of processes and systems: systems architecture and project management.

    • B.Eng. thesis in system modelling and architecture design, built in Visual Paradigm (UML).
    • Own the end-to-end release process at Softman.
    • Treat AI tooling as an engineering process: Claude Code, MCP, agent skills, context engineering.

  2. Jan 2025 – Present

    Release Manager

    • Own the end-to-end release process for Java, Oracle and Angular applications, from version control and branching strategy through to tested, deployable packages.
    • Build internal automation in Python and Bash that removes manual work from repository and release operations.
    • Define and maintain release procedures and engineering standards across delivery teams.
    • Administer GitLab and GitLab CI/CD, and support developers with repository, branching and merge strategy.

  3. Oct 2020 – Jan 2025

    Front-End Developer

    Active Pharma Sp. z o.o. · Legionowo (remote)

    • Delivered front-end and digital content for pharmaceutical clients inside regulated content workflows, from brief through implementation to client training.
    • Built Veeva CLM presentations and HTML mailings against the Veeva API.
    • Built landing pages, WordPress sites and CMS-based stores (WordPress, Shoper, SharePoint) in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
    • Ran CMS training and was the client’s main point of contact.

  4. Aug 2020 – May 2021

    • Built the Petopo web application in React, translating Figma designs into a component-based UI (SASS/CSS3).
