Nothing. There is no contact form, no account and no newsletter. The site does not ask for your name, e-mail address or any other personal data.

Two preferences you can set in the navigation bar, the theme and the glass effect, are saved in your browser only (localStorage) so the site remembers them on your next visit. The language you pick is saved in a cookie for the same reason. None of this leaves your device.

When you write to me, your message and the address it comes from land in my Gmail mailbox, which is provided by Google. Google processes the message as my mail provider and may do so outside the European Economic Area under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. I use what you send solely to reply to you.

The legal basis is your own initiative in contacting me (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep the conversation for as long as it is relevant, and no longer than 12 months after the last message unless we start working together and the law requires me to keep records longer.

You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

The site currently uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie is the language preference described above. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and any analytics will ask for your consent before starting.
